Ron Grubbs, Kim’s husband, has served as Legal Counsel for The Gentil Company since its inception in 1996. Ron is a life long resident of the Richmond area and a graduate of the University of Richmond. Upon his graduation from U of R in 1967, Ron entered the United States Navy, received his “Wings of Gold,” and proudly served as a Naval Aviator. Following his naval service, Ron returned to Richmond and obtained a Master’s Degree in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond in 1976. After a successful thirty year legal career in the Richmond area, Ron retired from the active practice of law and joined Kim in The Gentil Company. Ron provides invaluable in-house legal assistance to The Gentil Company’s agents as the need arises and his golf game permits. Ron is a member of the Navy League of the United States, the Association of Naval Aviation, The American Legion, the Disabled American Veterans, MOAA and numerous civic and professional organizations and clubs.
