Maribeth Cullather Carr is a native of Richmond, Virginia.  She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Real Estate & Urban Development.  As the daughter of one of Richmond’s most prominent real estate developers she has been intimately involved in real estate virtually since childhood.

During the 1990′s while working in the real estate profession she held positions in the mortgage industry, real estate sales and development and the rental housing market.  She has served as Site Manager for new home sales at Lockgreen in Richmond’s prestigious West End.

In addition to her extensive experience in her profession, Maribeth has been heavily involved in civic and philanthropic endeavors benefiting the greater Richmond community.  As the mother of three children, Maribeth and husband Tom, are heavily committed to developing and maintaining strong family bonds and values and have been intimately involved in their children’s lives and development.
